Re: [bowelcleanse] Sandy, and anybody else!

 

Hi Folks,

I offer steam sauna in my practice, so this discussion has been very
interesting to me. Many of you know how much I rely on the Cayce
readings to help me make decisions when there isn't enough current
research to convince me. FIR was a technology available in Cayce's day,
so was curious to find out why he consistently recommended steam rather
than FIR for detoxification. I haven't found the answer yet, but I did
find it curious that the FIR wave is very similar to a microwave. I
don't know about anyone else on this list, but I for one don't even use
a microwave to cook my food. So for me, I think I'll stick with steam
sauna until someone convinces me FIR is completely safe.
