Hi Milena,
I probably should clarify my current thinking before responding to your
question. I am a big fan of the "less is more" philosophy and I'm
certainly not even going to be able to come close to understanding how the
body functions. I have a practice in colon hydrotherapy, and so I study
things related to the alimentary canal; thus, the 85% figure has been part
of my education. Truthfully, I don't know if anyone really knows this for
sure, but in my practice I see a great many problems resolved by simply
washing out the large bowel. I guess you could say, the anecdotal evidence
looks promising.
When it comes to supplementation, I stay very far away indeed. Some folks
might say I'm a little too extreme in this, but I am 53 and pill free as a
result. For a brief period of my life I required thyroid medication
(Armour of course), but even my Hashimoto's Thyroiditis is no more. I
follow closely the work of Edgar Cayce, and whenever I find my body not
working properly, I apply the holistic principles from the Cayce readings
to try and bring things back into balance. Needless to say this is
anything but simple, but it rarely includes anything more than purposeful
living, right thinking, detoxification, diet, rest, and exercise.
With all of that said, the only opinion I can offer you for your stomach
trouble would be to stay away from all these concoctions and try to give
yourself a rest. I might try taking 1/2 tsp. of extra virgin olive oil
every hour or so for a few days to see if I could get some normal bowel
movements going. If after three days, you see no improvement, my next step
would be three days of castor oil packs. Here is a link to some
instructions for them:

There is no reason that I know of that during these days you couldn't use
an occasional colonic or enema to help keep things cleaned out until your
body balances itself out. Electrolyte imbalance can be mitigated by adding
baking soda and salt to your colonic/enema water.
Cheers,
Robin

Robin,
I did not know that 85% of the toxicity is removed by the bowel. I will
appreciate your opinion on a big problem with my stomach movement.
After I had an IV with magnesium, vit.C, B12 and Engystol , which is an
homeopatic immune support I developed a severe constipation.
strange because after I started to treat my adrenals for a first time in
many years my stomach got regular and after this IV,which increased my
energy tremendesly but the same time gave me a severe constipation.
deficiency on magnesium that's why I had the IV and my doctor wants me have
more of them but something did cause this problem and I don't kow what was
it? I have been trying everything and nothing helps my movement. I did an
enemas but there is not a big help from them at all. I have been like that
for a 3 weeks and hope that the colonics will help.
I was thinking if this IV somehow caused a detox and that's what caused the
constipation but I'm not sure? After I read your message it makes me think
that is exactly what happened, since 85% of the toxicity is cleaned by the
bowels. But do you think that vit.C 500mg and magneium 500mg , and whatever
the engystol triggered in my body did cause a detox?
Thanks a lot
Milena
