Jason,
Jenson's other book Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management has the colema board answers. It sounds more detailed than the one you have.
You probably need to avoid some foods like grains and dairy too. Coffee is very acidic too. Okay for the enemas but not to drink! To get better energy than from coffee increase raw foods and definitely a probiotic after your treatments.
I basically had all the same issues as you. Liver was on overload and just wouldn't get better no matter what. I fixed my digestion first, simply because of a fluke purchase of probiotic superfood so my gut was working great. 3 years ago I bought some NCD and it's become the foundation of my nutritional counseling business. It removes heavy metals and volatile organic compounds and more. It will alkalize the body. Interestingly, it works no matter what diet a person is on. It's the law of physics, not a hit and miss herbal that may or may not work depending on a person's constitution.
Within 8 or 9 days of using NCD, my brain cleared, my energy increased and my memory improved. I think my results were exceptionally quick. The guarantee period is 30 days. A very healthy person may not notice much except improvement in memory, sleep or energy but it's less noticeable than when a person is sick. 3 years later I'm feeling on top of the world physically and feel much younger than I did at 20 and I'm over twice that age now!
You're welcome to email me for files on this. I am in the process of getting all this info online and have conducted a series of interviews with experts on candida so that will also soon be available. It's taking a bit longer than I expected but it's almost done.
One more thing that is helpful is eating a mono diet of watermelon for a while, 3-10 days. You can eat as much as you want and it will be very cleansing to your whole body. Bernard Jenson mentioned a 3 day but my first colonics practitioner did it for 10 along with a daily colonic. She ended up becoming a practitioner because of it! She was a former nurse who worked in surgery. During the cleanse she said she could smell anesthesia being released from her body. She felt very sick for a few days but that woman sure had lots of energy when I met her.
I just finished a 10 day watermelon cleanse. I had no detox reactions at all. I basically just did it to lose a few pounds and to pump back some thyroid boosting stuff. Seems to have worked. All the mercury from my past may have damaged my thyroid. This is a major reason I don't recommend anything else but NCD for removal because it's safe. I wish everyone starting with pre-pregnant Moms would take this. We'd all be so much healthier. Avoiding toxins is no longer enough.
I realize I didn't answer all your questions but the book I mentioned has all that info. I used lemon juice a lot for enemas. It's also good to drink the juice of one lemon with warm (not hot) water in the morning. Add unpasteurized honey if you like but make sure the temperature is not too hot or else it will kill beneficial enzymes.
