[bowelcleanse] Re: Sandy, and anybody else!

 


Hi Sandy,

I appreciate your respond it means a lot to me.My adrenals are not working and producing the necessary levels of cortisol and I'm taking 35,37mg HC per day.Any little stress on the body makes them work hard and need for more hydrocortison,HC. When I detox and since I'm very toxic overloads the adrenals and I need more and more HC for my body to go through all the process but I can't go higher on the HC. So that's what I mean by the sauna it's too harsh but at the same time I need to detox for my adrenals to heal too.I'm in a situation where if I don't detox I can't heal my adrenals and thyroid function ,but at the same time my body can't handle it to go through. So, that's why I'm looking for something very gentle to detox,which will take a very long time but I have no other choice.
I did buy an electrolyte mix, which I dissolve in a water and drink while in the sauna.I guess I should start with 2 times per week and build up from there.It's good to know that I don't have to stay too long after I start sweating,since with the bad I loose and good from the body.
