I guess my question would be why would you want to detox on a daily basis?
Try this on...
Let's say our bodies are like our kitchens. We typically don't pull out
our refrigerators and our stoves each day. We do normal kitchen
maintenance daily, weekly, and periodically. Daily would be dishes and
such. Weekly would be a little more thorough like dusting and moving
things around on the counter tops to clean underneath. Periodically would
be moving the fridge, stove, and the other big items where "stuff"
accumulates. Now to put this in our body terms -
Daily - a good healthy elimination through the alimentary canal, plenty of
water to flush the kidneys, a period of exercise that facilitates a bit of
sweat and deep breathing.
Weekly - perhaps a day fasting
Periodically - a good systemic detox like a 3-day apple diet (ala Cayce) or
a water fast (ala Shelton).
Maybe working towards balance in these areas would be a more realistic goal
for you.

Hello all,
I am wondering if anyone knows a good way to detox the body on a daily
basis? I am trying to eat healthy but its very hard to do for me. I am also
taking Dandelion root extract, milk thistle, burdock root, and a few others
to help get these toxins out of my body.
Any suggestions would be so great! It seems that chemicals irriate my mouth
and nose alot. I have been to tons of docs with all the prescription
allergy stuff and nothing has worked.
