You might look into a Zapper or Rife machine.  They are electronic and can be set to the frequency that kills parasites in general.  You wear electrodes and the electricity goes throughout your whole body.  I use a  Verizapper.  I cannot say whether it actually kills parasites, but when I add a chip to focus on fungi, I can tell it is killing my candida.  They also have a chip that focuses on parasites.  It costs about $300.
