I have tried to colon hydrotherapy, but have been afraid to try deep colon cleansing at home. I think the ozone is a good idea. Do you just ozonate the water first, then use it? Do you REALLY use 15 gallons of water?

Have been doing these gravity colonics for over 30 years on a monthly and sometimes (more often) basis and am darn healthy compared to same aged folks of 55-60.
