Robin,

Doing a cleanse with colonic is adverse to yogic teachings because it distends the colon. I do yoga. The fellow I spoke to never used colonics or enemas so I know it can work. Colonics and enemas only reach part of the colon and don't even touch the small intestine. The whole digestive tract needs to be cleaned out.
