[bowelcleanse] Diet and cleanse

 

My wife and I are thinking of doing a series of bowel cleanses. One person suggested using a bottle of magnesium citrate and drinking juice for the next 3 days with another acclimation diet. I noticed it has potassium bicarbonate and sodium saccharine in it. Is there something else to use instead? I hold this person's recommendation very high since he did cleanses many years ago and even in his early '70s can do almost any yoga posture imaginable so his bowels are still cleaned out. How long does one usually wait before doing another diet like this?
