I bought mine from the health food store it's called the PF1 which has all of the herbs and quassia. The combo for me is killing parasites!

I bought everything from my Parasite doctor, at a much too expensive
cost. I would get it from your healthfood store. Get fresh wormwood
and clove capsules and make your own. Probably be easier to by the
walnut extract. I have lost the schedule for taking it but I remember
it was 3 times a day for 10 days. He assured me this was ample time to
get it into the system and keep it at a lethal level for parasites. It
made me feel tired toward the end because of the toxicity.
