Hi GB,

Thanks for your reply. I had no idea that yogic teachings were averse
to colonics. Many of my clients are yoga instructors. Perhaps you
could share your sources with me that I could educate them on this. My
primary objective as a practitioner is to "first do no harm." This is
the first I've heard of colonics being harmful according to yogic
teachings. I think very highly of yoga, and the many yoga practitioners
with whom I have come in contact. I would like to know more about this.

It was my understanding that the practice of yoga is very, very ancient
and internal cleansing has been a very important component of yogic
practice. What was done prior to the advent of magnesium citrate to
facilitate internal cleansing?

I have the same understanding about colonics only cleansing the large
bowel. Can you expand on how magnesium citrate works to cleanse the
small intestine?
