Sandy, thanks for your response! I'm trying to be patient & I appreciate what you said about it taking a few cleanses to see the plaque. I've been trying to keep the "quick fix" mentality at bay (this all started to alleviate chronic nasal congestion after having a sinus infection last winter) and even though I still have constant post nasal drip, I'm feeling pretty good about the cleanse & what I'm doing for my body.
I have been reading Bernard Jensen (LOVE him!) and he says that it takes a good year to 18 months to completely cleanse the colon which I'm holding onto.
I'll have to check out VE Irons. In all my internet searches, this one hasn't popped up....
