[bowelcleanse] Colonic Cleanse

 

Hi I'm Anna, I'm 25 yrs old. When I heard about colonic cleansing it kinda freaked me out and I was doing some research and it shows a lot of benefits into doing the clonic cleanse. I just have so many Questions. Like:. . .

What should I do to prepare for the colonic cleanse, should I treat it like a procedure? Stay on liquids on the time of cleanse? How many times to I need to do this? Is it really true that a lot of yuck stuff is going to come out?

Aaawww. I'm so scared! But I'm so determined to do this I would just like someone to instruct me on how and when to do it. HELP! ! !
