[bowelcleanse] Cleanse question

 

Wow, I wish I had found this group before I started my cleanse, there is a LOT of good information here.

I am in my 40's. Have done short fasts but never a cleanse. Bought the B Herbs colon cleanse. Am now several days in. Have passed a lot of the plaque stuff. Should I still be passing this stuff on the last day of the cleanse? Because it is still coming...I am wondering if I should plan another cleanse or this might just be relatively normal.

I eat an average diet, very little fast food.
