I used 2 bottles continuously for nearly 2 months starting with a low dose and building up as I can be intolerant to herbs. I took 2 twice a day. I was already on a limited diet due to food intolerance so I guess you could say it was strict. No grains, no dairy, no sugar. Tests came back negative. I also had Dientamoeba Fragilis.
