I have just cleared out impacted colon (upper 2/3) using golightly. It worked fine. But after these types of of events I find a debilitating psychological after effect. It's this:
Until I have a real BM, I live in fear and terror that maybe my equipment won't work again. I'm at that point now. I call it "psychological constipation". The evil of it is that the stress caused by the fear causes my bowels to lock up all over again. It's kind of a self fulfilling prophesy.
I really wish I could come across something that I could take every day and I would have at least one good BM per day.
The "magic bullet" that I seek would NOT be a stimulant that would negatively impact motility and natural colon contraction. I don't want to lose my colon's natural "push along" capability.
Perhaps I seek too much.
