[bowelcleanse] dry enemas

I have been looking at trying a dry enema and someone told me many wet and very slippery marshmallows or peeled bananas are a good way to go. Is this safe and does it work. I have did the one with water but i get stomach pains from it.

Yams & sweet potatoes are fairly high carb and usually allowed in moderation on a anti-candida/blasto diet. I think it depends on how bad the candida is.
Probably a good idea to exclude them for the first few weeks. If you are taking some anti-fungal/anti-parasite herbs then you can probably have them from time to time.

Barbara, It's short for Blastocystis Hominis a common anaerobic protozoan parasite.
Used to be considered harmless but is now clasified by the CDC as disease causing.

I used 2 bottles continuously for nearly 2 months starting with a low dose and building up as I can be intolerant to herbs. I took 2 twice a day. I was already on a limited diet due to food intolerance so I guess you could say it was strict. No grains, no dairy, no sugar. Tests came back negative. I also had Dientamoeba Fragilis.
