Although this group is not a busy as it was once it's always useful to document your experiences as it can help others who come here looking for information.
Glad to hear that something seems to be working for you. Every person is different and different things will work for different people.
It's always worth doing a bowel cleanse. It can help a lot of problems.

I'd like to take you all on an Odyssey.
I have started a 7-10 day cleanse. I started yesterday evening (Friday, July 23) by taking 6 MAG 07 caps at bedtime. I took a cup of water liberally laced with lemon juice extract.
I also started to to take 2 oz of Aloe Vera Juice 2X per day. This is because, in addition to my constipation issues, my stomach and guts felt like they were beaten with a baseball bat. Along with this was nausea.
From what I've read Aloe Vera Juice is a great anti-inflamatory for the ENTIRE GI tract. ( I personally use Lily Of The Dessert Aloe Vera Juice.)
I make SURE to drink half my body weight in ounces of water! (i.e. I weigh 220 lb so I make SURE to consume 110 oz of water daily. Coffee, tea, soda, soup etc DO NOT COUNT!)
Well, I woke up this morning and NOTHING! Then I realized that Oxygen cleansers do NOT draw water into the bowels NOR do they stimulate modality. What they do is work on fecal matter and soften/liquify it. So I got up and started my day of walking, sitting, moving etc. After about one hour I had the urge to go. NOT a diarrhea urge but a normal urge. I sat down and went. I had to push a bit but no different than what would be needed for a normal BM. I DID go! It was a substantial movement. It was not runny and liquidly. It was the consistency of thick mud but easily passable. About an hour later I had another good BM. I feel great! Really cleaned out.
It appears that the Aloe Vera Juice is working it's magic too. My intestines no longer feel like a truck rolled over them nor am I nauseas.
In short, today I feel WONDERFUL!
I have composed this long winded preamble because what I'd like to do is issue a daily update of my experiences during this trip. If you'd like me to do this let me know. If not let me know that too. I don't want to impose on anyone.
Finally, I consider all the products I've mentioned to be quality products otherwise I would not be consuming them. Also, my only connection with them is that of a satisfied user.
