You could use green smoothies instead of the juices.

As you are using the whole food the fiber slows the absorption and you will not get a sugar rush.

Alternatively if you add a tablespoon of good oil to the juice it helps prevent a rise in blood sugar
with the eventual drop.

Have you discovered why you have hypoglycemia?
Do you lack chromium?
