I have had these problems since I was a kid,even when I ate meat. So, I'm not sure there is a strong meat connection.
I do take the healing clays. It does a number on me...which is good I thing...It seems to clean house pretty well!
I'm cutting back on simple carbs, eating more raw food. I would like to do a raw food cleanse but I don't have a blender so I think I would get sit of just salad.
I also plan on getting my one silver filling removed soon.
