Whole prunes are good fiber. It is usally lack of fiber that causes diverticulosis in the first place.

Hello Steph

You can get lactose free Colostrum. It's this milk sugar that feeds Candida. Most colostrum contains very little of it.
Have you tried turkey, buffalo, bison or ostrich meat? Sometimes people tolerate rarer game meats as well if they have not been hung too long.
Following a 4 or 5 day rotation diet can help if you think you are becoming intolerant.

I feel your frustration. Leafy green veggies in a blender really help. I use
spinich, diced celery, Kale, parseley garlic, broccoli, even carrots, etc. in
the blender with enough water to make it work. The greens, RAW, support
metabolism, and heal wherever they go.

I have tested cooked vs. raw and the difference is so HUGE that it is an energy
and healing crime in my book to cook veggies.
If you can handle lemon and or tomatoes they are EXTREME HELL on disease,
regardless of the old wives tales about both.
Exercise supports all of the above. There are non-dairy probiotics, (yogurt) out
there, get them and use them.
It amazes me how little the medical profession knows about real gastro
intestional healing.

Thanks for sending this email. I looked it up on Youtube. This seems
like it could offer a very dignified solution for bowel cleansing for
the bed-ridden; especially if there is no toilet or other plumbing waste
system available. For an invalid, this really could be a godsend.

I also notice that it could become just another stressor to our already
over-burdened environment. Non-disposable enema and colonic equipment
is just as easy to use, just as dignified, and far less impact to our
environment.

Of course, this is a much safer solution than laxatives. I'd recommend
adding a teaspoon of Celtic sea salt and a teaspoon of baking soda to
the water.
