Whole prunes are good fiber. It is usally lack of fiber that causes diverticulosis in the first place.

Before bed time I drink a 10 oz glass of prune juice + ONLY 1 Mag 07 or Oxy Powder.

The next morning and up to about 11 AM--PERFECT! NOT diarrhea but soft which is good for me because I have diverticulotus.
