Well I will say that parasites are actually a major epidemic and a serious
contributor to bad health. Most Drs wont agree, and depending where you are
you might have trouble finding one to take you seriously (I did). Most Drs
completely overlook parasites, and from my research, they seem to be
something that should definitely be considered in any health problem. Some
people say you should do a parasite cleanse every year just as a precaution,
as an estimated 95% of people world wide are said to be harboring some sort
of parasite. Many people are asymptomatic, or the symptoms are just
attributed to other or unknown factors (allergies, asthma, digestive probs,
etc etc).
I just took Mebendazole which is a worm killing medicine which is available
over the counter in many countries (brand name Vermox), but only by
prescription in USA and not sure where else. And for the first time in years
I instantly slept SO MUCH better. Which tells me it did do something. And
from what I read, herbs can create more problems as they can Œscatter¹ the
parasites in your body, allowing them to get into your organs or through
your intestinal walls. Drugs are supposedly they way to go as they kill them

So yes you can take herbs to cleanse them out, or you can take drugs which
are more efficient. But you have to know what parasite you are treating, and
that can be problematic. The stool samples that Drs do are EXTREMELY
unreliable with very low accuracy. Supposedly the gold standard for
diagnostics is the PCR blood / blood serology test for parasites.
