[bowelcleanse] help..need advice

 

good day, need your help. been having a lot of problems with my immune system, had a gall bladder removal 2008, but since then i have not been well. gi wise. got ibs, bilateral iritis/uveitis and now got asthma, been having on and off constipation/runs. got right lower rib pain. dreading eating as everytime i eat end up being sick im tired and shattered. im on a lot of medications and got loads of allergies as well. help what medications will help me clean my gi system and dietary advice please.
