I share a quote from an Edgar Cayce reading:

apples only, and then olive oil, and we will cleanse ALL toxic forces from
any system!" (Edgar Cayce reading 820-2).
My own life experience confirms this, so I have no reason at the moment to
doubt its efficacy.

I'm doing the 'Quick Cleanse' - Intestinal broom 7-day program with
Calendula by TNP(totally natural products) & contains an eating plan for
one who is on it but no 'after-detox' eating plan to ease back into my
normal intake regime
Because it's been over 7 years or so since my last detox I wonder if 7 days
is enough? What do you advise in order for me to get the full effect? I
will ask the local healthies & research more on a specific plan so I don't
lose too much weight. I'm in australia so it shouldn't be a problem.
