[bowelcleanse] Information overload!! Need help with starting

Greetings Group,
I have been spending time looking through old post. INFORMATION OVERLOAD!!  I am trying to find a clease that works.  I am new at this.  I see many people do the Colonix.  Are there any suggestions?  I am not regular at all!!  Ready to change.
