Suggestions were asked re ibs, so in this case, IBS- (diarr)I've found blackberry liquid, called diarsoothe works wonderfully. I found it on amazon, and I know its in healthstores throughout Texas. I took max amount per day (about 1 cup). It worked fast, no spasms in colon or back (yeah!!!) No more diarr. I took it about 4 days in a row. Great stuff!!!
