Hi, Mark.   Vinegar and what?   And  how  much?  What  temp?  Did  you  retain it - if so how long?   Did  you do it yourself?  Better  to  have a Domme to  make sure  you  get  the  best  results.    Have  you  tried  others?     LD

hey cleansers.

any advice to do follow-ups to my vinegar enema's. It was suggested to do herbals, and then coffee for the gallbladder. I have only been doing the vinegar. any suggestions or past cleansing procedures which may be helpfull.?
