I would imagine that you are an exception. I highly doubt many donors would do the type of cleansing you are talking about. I doubt if many even know about bowel cleansing since most are "normal" people. How do they find the donors? Do they test them or their stools in some way? I have read that most are family members. I imagine that most have the normal Western diet and that is not a very good diet.
