[bowelcleanse] Kefir Grains and enteric coating - any advice

 

Dear All,

To use it as a probiotic, I am planning to put kefir grains into an enteric coating and drink it before meals.

Coating is to escape from stomach acid.

What should I use or do to make it more effective? To make it ferment more etc..

Any addtional advice..
