[bowelcleanse] Re: Ayurvedic bowel cleansing

 

There are loads of them. It depends on th person and what is the problem. One of the safest and good for most anyone is soaking a tsp. or so of triphala in water and then drinking it at bedtime. Some also do that in the morning instead. Some eat castor oil (tsp. or more) at bedtime and some have it with ginger powder. Diet, digestive herbs and laxative herbs are all used.
