enemas are not the best way to clease your bowels. It can be habit forming. However, should you choose to use enemas, www.gerson.org suggest that you have coffee enemas which will not only clease your bowels but also help to detoxify your liver. The only problem is that when you use coffee it needs to be organic and use distilled water. The enemas need to be done three times per day for a period of two week about every six months. Good cleaning to you.

hey all,
i have a question thats kinda basic but i think its best to ask anyway - hope its ok...

A recent study found that people who were low in Vitamin D3 were more likely to have this problem.
There are 2 tests for Vitamin D: 1,25(OH)D and 25(OH)D.
The correct test is 25(OH)D, also called 25-hydroxyvitamin D.
It is the better marker of overall D status.

I have found that the herbs from Raintree are good for many intestinal problems when all else has failed.
You could contact them to see if they can recommend something that would be eeffective for C Diff.
