[bowelcleanse] New Yahoo IBS and IBD Support Group

Hello Everyone,

This message is to let you know about the existence of a newly formed
Yahoo IBS and IBD Support Group. The current group, according to the
Yahoo listings, doesn't have a moderator which results in all sorts
of scam emails getting through. The new group has a moderator so
nuisance mail gets deleted without being sent to members.

If any one is interested in joining, the easiest way I'm able to
find it is by:

- Typing the phrase `find yahoo groups' into a search engine
such as Google
- Click on the first website which comes up, which should say `Yahoo
groups – join or create groups'
- Type in `ibsandibd'
- This should bring you to the new Support Group. It has a photograph of
the human intestines coloured in blue and red.

We have a small but hopefully growing resource bank of documents about
diverse IBS and IBD conditions and hope that if members ever get the
time, they will forward recipes which have been particularly valuable
for helping their condition. I hope to submit some kefir and sauerkraut
recipes which have helped tremendously in providing probiotics for
dealing with my mild form of colitis. Members are also invited to submit
their own articles and/or success stories for inclusion in our permanent
folders.

Whether you choose to join the new group or not, may I take this

[bowelcleanse] New Yahoo IBS and IBD Support Group

Hello,

Just a note to let you know about the existence of a newly formed Yahoo IBS and IBD Support Group. Unlike many groups, the new one has a moderator so it shouldn't fall foul to scam emails and nuisance junk mail. It has a growing resource bank of information about all kinds of bowel conditions and members are invited to submit articles and/or success stories and the names of favourite supplements for uploading into permanent files. We currently have a `call out' requesting members to submit recipes (where time allows, of course) which have proved beneficial for their condition – or at least, recipes which don't cause a flare up of their condition.

My aim, as the group moderator, is that people will provide support for one another by asking questions and offering suggestions, and suggesting remedies which have worked best for them. I too have had issues with my bowels for the last 14 years which is resolved in measure when using powerful probiotics.

If you wish to join the new IBS/IBD Support Group without worrying about receiving nuisance spam, please feel free to join and begin posting messages. The quickest way I have found to access the site is by:

- going to my yahoo email home page
- clicking in the search box and typing the words `yahoo groups'
- clicking the first website that comes up which usually says `yahoo groups – join or create groups'
- type in the words ibsandibd

This should bring up the new support group. It has a picture of the human intestines coloured blue and red.
