Hi Kip,
You have done so many things, I can certainly understand your frustration.
Thanks, Sandy, for mentioning the thyroid component. In thinking back
on it, I am now realizing that my constipation may have been associated
with my thyroid. The treatment for Hashimoto's thyroiditis is taking
thyroid medication, but even while I was on the medication and my
thyroid levels appeared normal, I still had problems with constipation,
so I just figured it wasn't related. But, once I implemented a protocol
using the suggestions from the Cayce readings, and my thyroid function
returned to normal without medication may well have been when my
constipation disappeared. Hmmmm.... that's interesting.
Cheers,
Robin

In the past I've tried the Hulda Clarke program with Greens Black Walnut Hulls, Wormwood and Cloves and I think something improved. I've also tried salt water flushing, used the "Oxy" product, Diatomaceous Earth (DE), Cascara Sagrada (with menial results) and consume more probiotic food items than the average American. (make my own cultured cabbage juice/vegetables, and sprouts). Oh and I forgot about taking.... digestive enzymes and HCL (haha), but had no amazing results.

Well...I take a a few short-cuts in the form of an enema from time to time. This provides the lift (window of opportunity) I need to get out and take a few power walks and bike rides on a regular basis. The key to surviving is staying healthy WHILE I search for answers rather than waiting until I find answers to think about my body (when it might be too late).
